Appointments

In the interest of public health and SMCNSW staff, for all new appointments and confirmation of existing bookings please contact us via phone on 02 9661 5655 or email.

Funeral Directors

On the basis of the recommendation from the Premier of New South Wales, Gladys Berejiklian and NSW’s Health, strongly recommending that all business and venues adopt the use of masks, we are asking that your staff and families do the same. Also please ensure your staff and families make use of our sanitising stations on site.

Services & Funerals Register

Funeral Directors are required to keep a register of those who attend services and funerals. The register must be emailed to SMCNSW within 24hours of the service, as this register will be required in the event that an infection occurs for tracing purposes which will be undertaken by the Department of Health.
